	The Planning Board in addition to other duties is responsible (in whole or part) for the Master Plan, Site Plan Reviews, Official Map, Applications for Conditional Use, State land Programs, Capital Improvement Projects and other needs of the Town Council.
	The Zoning Board of Adjustment in addition to other duties is responsible (in whole or part) for Error or Refusal, Exceptions or Interpretations, General Bulk Variances, Deviations from Zoning Requirements and other.
