2010 ANIMAL CENSUS

 Dear Resident: 

   Shortly, the Town of Hackettstown will be conducting our animal census as required by state statute. 

   Our records indicate that you have not obtained a license for 2010. If you no longer have the animal in your home then please give us a call at 908-852-3130 between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday so we can remove them from the data base. 

   If you need to obtain a 2010 license then please do so as once the census begins the potential exists for summonses and fines to be imposed. 

   Information as to the requirements for licensing, and fees can be obtained on our web site, www.hackettstown.net. Click on documents and forms on the left hand side of the home page  then scroll down to pet license information. 

   Please remember that all animals are required to be licensed during the month of January.
