Construction

The Construction Department is responsible for assuring compliance with the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code. We provide construction permit review and inspection services for Building, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical and Fire Protection systems during new construction and rehabilitation of existing structures.

Construction Permit Forms

Use the Construction Permit Forms button to access the NJ Uniform Construction Code forms. These standard forms can be used in any municipality in NJ, and they are PDF fillable.

Every permit issued requires inspections. Use the button for a list of required inspections and our inspections procedures.
