Section 68 applicants must provide notice to property owners within 200 feet of the applicant's property. This 200 foot list must be obtained from the Assessor's Office via email. Newspaper notice is not required for Section 68 applications.
Proof of mailing is required by submitting the original certified mail receipt copies stamped by the Post Office with the date of mailing to the Land Use Board Clerk. All mailings are required to be dated No Later than 10 days prior to the meeting date. Failure to properly notice will result in your application to be postponed.
